A Relationship

As with many things, a good relationship is the foundation of any work that may come from getting acquainted. Our clients come to us through referrals, networking, and working together on projects in various professional and non-profit organizations. Perhaps BV’s services could meet a need. If not, we are happy to provide referrals chosen from a wide range of professional experts and consultants whom we know and respect.

Fact-Finding

If you and we agree that further discussion would be useful, we sit down together to discuss the specific needs and challenges you are facing. The purpose of this conversation is for both sides to gather sufficient information to determine whether Business Vitality is the right fit to help you develop and implement a path to meet your needs, overcome your challenges, and accomplish your goals.

The scope of this discussion includes sharing information about the business’ or individual’s environment, plans, dreams, resources, and other relevant aspects. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the ideas, processes, workshops, training, consulting, facilitation, and coaching we offer that will bring specific, measurable results.

Going Forward

All of our efforts are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Workshops, seminars, and training can be facilitated in groups or with individuals.

The individual model is a coaching-based process where we conduct one-on-one sessions with clients who prefer such development methods to help them to reach their goals. Typically, these programs take place over ten to twelve weeks and involve weekly meetings to reinforce materials that are contained in text and action workbooks that are an integral aspect of the program. The meetings are effective both in-person and over the phone, so both options are available.

Our group approach is ideal for those businesses who want to combine departments, managers or supervisors to ensure that they are aligned with the goals of the company. By facilitating these groups as they work to achieve their goals, we take advantage of the dynamics of the participants to solidify and strengthen the team. These programs are also typically ten-to-twelve weeks in length and involve weekly meetings. At your option, these meetings take place at your place of business or off-site, depending on which approach better serves the objectives of the programs.

We regularly offer both open enrollment programs that offer the same process as the privately-sponsored programs. However, we usually limit the number of participants in any open-enrollment program to a maximum of two from the same company to keep a balance in the group.
