RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICIES

Physical Items: No Refund/Exchange Only

If a new physical item (e.g., a book) you purchased from Business Vitality LLC (referred to as "BV") arrived damaged, you must notify us by email within 14 days of its delivery to be eligible for a replacement. We will send you instructions for returning the item, which we must receive within14 days of you notifying us of the damage. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. After we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement item at our cost.

Electronic Items

All sales of electronic items delivered by BV via any file format (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.) are final. No refunds are issued.

Subscriptions

All sales of subscriptions are final. If a customer cancels a subscription, it will expire at the end of the paid subscription service. No refund of a payments already made is issued.

Contract Refund/Cancellation

If not otherwise specified in the contract the client accepted at the start of a project, BV's standard policy regarding refunds for services such as writing, coaching, and consulting is that any funds paid to BV are not refundable for any reason.

Either BV or the client may cancel the contract at any time with thirty days' written notice. Any fees paid to BV before the client notified us of the cancellation are not refundable for any reason.

BV reserves the right to adjust any of these policies as needed for specific client or customer situations.
